Q: Will the program include a golf tournament?
A: Yes. NCCI will host its annual golf tournament supporting Kids' Chance on Monday, May 12, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club. Attendees can sign up for the golf tournament when they register.
Q: What is the fee to participate in the golf tournament?
A: The fee is $195 per golfer. In addition to tournament participation, it includes a boxed lunch and player's gift.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for the golf tournament?
A: Cancellations made on or before May 2, 2025, are eligible for a full refund of golf registration fees paid. Cancellations made after May 2, 2025, including golf no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Q: Will AIS 2025 include networking events?
A: Yes, AIS 2025 will provide critical networking opportunities for industry stakeholders that include the annual golf tournament, welcome reception, and dinner and networking events. Stay tuned for more information.
Q: Will NCCI hold committee meetings in conjunction with AIS 2025?

Q: Will there be continuing education credits available?
A: NCCI will apply for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits upon request. Please provide this information during the registration process.

Q: When can I register for AIS 2025?
A: Early registration for NCCI affiliates and key stakeholders will open on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Registration for the general public will open on Monday, February 3, 2025. If you have any questions, contact NCCI's Customer Service at 800-NCCI-123 (622-4123), option 7.
Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: The registration fee for NCCI affiliates is $1,295 and the fee for non-affiliates is $1,795. If you are unsure of your affiliation, please call NCCI's Customer Service Center at 800-622-4123.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted for registration?
A: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are the only forms of payment accepted. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
Q: What is included in the attendee registration fee?
A: The AIS 2025 registration fee includes access to all AIS sessions, meals, and various networking events, including one dinner and a welcome reception.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Yes. The guest registration fee is $450. This fee includes all receptions and meals but does not provide access to program sessions. The primary registrant should add the guest during the registration process.
"Guest" refers to a spouse, significant other, or other relation who does not have a business or related industry interest in the conference. Business associates, colleagues, or individuals attending AIS for business or networking purposes are not eligible for guest registration.
Q: After completing registration will I receive a confirmation email?
A: Yes. After you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a receipt of payment and a link to book your hotel. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder for an email from NCCI_Programs@ncci.com.

A: Temperatures in Central Florida can range from the high 80s at the peak of day to the high 60s in the evening. It is normal to experience rain this time of year. It is advisable to plan for warmer weather and keep hydrated while outdoors.

A: NCCI recommends business casual attire for AIS sessions and casual attire for the networking and dinner event on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

A: AIS 2025 has a negotiated discounted room rate of $269 per night at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes over the course of the following dates: May 11–15, 2025 . The rate does not include taxes and fees.

A: Hotel reservations within the AIS room block are only available to registered event attendees. You will receive the reservation link for the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes once you have completed your conference registration. It is recommended that you make your hotel reservation as soon as you complete your AIS registration.
