DNP 2027, you will:

DNP 2027 will be an in-person event only and will offer hands-on practice with data
reporting tools, allowing for real-time interaction and Q&A with instructors.

for year-round learning.

Registration Information
Q: After completing my registration for
DNP 2027, will I receive a confirmation email?
A: Yes, after you
complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a receipt of
payment and a link to book your hotel. If you do not receive it, check your spam filter for an email from
NCCI_Programs@ncci.com.
Q: Where can I view my registration information?
A: To view your
registration information,
click here and select "already registered.” Then
enter your email address and registration confirmation number. If you do not have your registration confirmation
number, click "forgot your confirmation number."
Q: What forms of payment are accepted for registration?
A: Visa,
MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
Q: Will I receive a paid receipt?
A: Yes, after you have completed the
registration process, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a receipt of payment. The email
will be sent from
NCCI_Programs@ncci.com.
Q: I did not receive my payment confirmation email. How do I receive a
copy?
A: First, check your spam filter for an email from
NCCI_Programs@ncci.com. If you still have not received it, contact
NCCI's Customer Service at 800-NCCI-123 (622-4123), option 7, and request a copy of your
receipt.
Q: How do I modify my registration for the event and for my class
schedule?
A: To modify your registration,
click here and select "already registered." You
will need to enter your email address and registration confirmation number. If you do not have your registration
confirmation number, click "forgot your confirmation number."
Q: How do I transfer my registration to someone else?
A: Registrations
cannot be transferred. If you are unable to attend, request a cancellation of your registration. Please refer to
the cancellation policy below for further details.
Q: Is there any flexibility regarding the four-participant limit per
company?
A: Yes, you may email
DNP@ncci.com to request to be placed on the event waitlist. If a spot opens,
we will send you an email to register for the event.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: We understand that individual
circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. NCCI’s cancellation and refund policy is
as follows:
- Cancellations made on or before
January 8, 2027, are eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid
- Cancellations made from
January 9 to
January 15, 2027, are eligible for a refund of the registration fees; however, a $150
processing fee will be deducted
- Cancellations made after
January 15, 2027, including event no-shows, are not eligible for a refund
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for registration.
Q: How do I cancel my registration?

Q: I cancelled my registration. When will I receive my eligible
refund?
A: You will receive a refund, if eligible under the cancellation policy, within

Q: Can I bring a guest to the event?
A: No, guests are not invited to the
event.
Q: What is the weather like in Boca Raton in January?
A: Temperatures in
South Florida can range from the high 70s at the peak of the day to the high 60s in the evening. It is advisable
to plan for warmer weather and keep hydrated while outdoors.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: NCCI recommends business casual attire for
DNP 2027 sessions and the welcome reception. It may be a good idea to bring a sweater
or jacket for the cooler temperatures in the classrooms.

Hotel and Travel Information
Q: When and how can I book my hotel room?
A: A hotel reservation link
will be included in your confirmation email after you’ve registered and paid for
DNP 2027. To secure a room at the group rate, reservations must be made on or before
January 7, 2027, and are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended, because the number of rooms is
limited.

Q: What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A: The Boca Raton Marriott at
Boca Center has a 24-hour cancellation policy for hotel room reservations. Any reservations cancelled within 24
hours before your hotel reservation start date will incur a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on
file.
Q: What are the closest airports?
A: The Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood
International Airport (FLL) is 25 miles from the hotel, and President Donald J. Trump International Airport
(DJT) is 26 miles from the hotel. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service.
Q: Is there a hotel shuttle available at the airport?
A: No. The Boca
Raton Marriott at Boca Center does not provide a shuttle to or from the airport. Taxis and ride-sharing options
are available at airport and hotel locations.
Q: Is parking available at the hotel?
A: Yes, complimentary self-parking
