| Policies—Compliance Requirements |
Due within 30 days of Policy Effective Date. IAIABC Form POC1 (as a Binder) may be submitted if the policy will not be issued within 30 days after the Policy Effective Date. (This doesn't eliminate the need to submit the policy.) |
| Cancellation—Compliance Requirements |
Due within 10 days after the Cancellation Effective Date. New Mexico is not a continuous coverage state; Nonrenewal Cancellations are not required, but are preferred. |
| Reinstatements—Compliance Requirements |
Due within 30 days after the Reinstatement Effective Date. |

The state fines up to $1000 for late reporting per occurrence. |
