Cancellations for non-payment of premium are due to the insured and to the Department of Labor 10 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date. Cancellations for reasons other than non-payment must be submitted to the insured and to the Department of Labor 20 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date. South Dakota is not a continuous coverage state; Nonrenewal Cancellations are not required. |
