November 2012 - Available—Financial Call Reporting Guidebook for 2013 Reporting—This 2013 online guidebook is now available on ncci.com. It is your primary source for the rules, requirements, and instructions needed to accurately complete your Financial Calls. This guidebook also includes the Call layout and instructions and downloadable import template for importing your Financial Call data and deviations in the 2013 reporting season. A PDF version of the guidebook is also accessible online for your printing needs.
- Released—Update for 2012 Policy Year Designated Statistical Reporting Levels—This circular (CALLS-2012-02) is now available and includes the 2012 policy year effective dates and loss cost multiplier (LCM) or rate deviation submission information. The preferred method for submitting this information is entering or importing your approved LCM/rate deviations into Financial Data Collection. Alternatively, as Option 2 in the circular states, you can use the downloadable form below and submit it via email to NCCI's Financial Data Validation Department (LCM_filings@ncci.com):
August 2012 - Released—2013 Season Preview—This circular (CALLS-2012-01) highlights the changes for the upcoming Financial Call reporting season. It also includes information on the continuation of the previously expanded ratemaking Calls, applicability of Data Quality Compliance Programs, planned availability for Financial Data Collection, and the Reporting Schedule.
- Released—ADQIP for 2013 Financial Call Reporting Season—This circular (DQ-2012-04)addresses the 2013 reporting season Aggregate Data Quality Incentive Program (ADQIP) changes for:
- Timeliness—Assessments will newly apply for the late reporting of the Acknowledgment Form and Self-Audit Form on a per-day, per-form basis, according to the state/countrywide market share
- Quality—Assessments will newly apply for:
- Calls submitted with unexplained edits or vague/incomplete edit explanations
- Edits that require a notification—for any original or correction submission
