Due to the DWC within 30 days after the Policy Effective Date.

Policies Effective 9/30/03 and before: All cancellations are due to the DWC 30 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date.

Policies Effective 10/1/03 and later: Cancellations are due to the DWC 30 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date, unless cancelled due to non-payment of premium which are due 10 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date.

Florida is a continuous coverage state; Nonrenewal Cancellations are required 30 days prior to cancellation date.

Insured Requirements : Pursuant to the Office of Insurance Regulation—All Policies: Cancellations are due to the insured 30 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date if the policy is being cancelled within the first 90 days of the policy period; otherwise, cancellations are due to the insured 45 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date. Nonrenewal Cancellations are due to the insured 45 days prior to the Cancellation Effective Date.
