| Bureau Compliance Statistical Service (BCSS) |
NCCI’s optional Bureau Compliance Statistical Service (BCSS) is available for reporting your Massachusetts unit statistical data to NCCI. NCCI submits all Massachusetts data to the Workers’ Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau of Massachusetts. The URC program monitors unit reports submitted via BCSS.
