A new daily Unit Notifications report, entitled “Notifications With Open Grid Rows and an NCCI Response Code Other Than 01-Accepted Response,” is now being sent to each company’s Unit Statistical reporting contact. Delivered through Data Transfer via the Internet (DTVI), the report identifies responses to notification grid rows that have been reviewed by NCCI and not accepted with one of the following Response Codes: - 02—Rejected Response; need additional information
- 03—Rejected Response; invalid information
- 04—Other
The report is designed to monitor grid rows that remain open after a response has been submitted by the data provider. As corrective actions continue, and grid rows are accepted by NCCI with Response Code 01, they will be removed from the next daily report. The default sort of this report is by the NCCI Update Date in ascending order, and can be imported into Microsoft® Excel for sorting and filtering.
